Urgent matter

I am not sure if FNB Lakeside mall in Benoni is short stuffed or what but every time I go to the branch the business manager is not available, I understand she is busy and I am not the only client to attend too, I have left several messages on her cell phone requesting she gets back to me so we can arrange an appointment but to no luck. i I will appreciate if At least she can get back to me just to acknowledge that she is indeed receiving my texts and when she will be available because we need information on the FNB/DTI funding program and she as the business manager is the only person we can talk too.
