Urgent ITC Update

Hi FNB,

I am writing this to express my disappointment with the poor service I have been receiving from you.

I paid up my account in June but since then I have been waiting for FNB to update my ITC status with Transunion and Experian. This has affected my application for the bond and has affected my credit score.

Can you please update my credit report as a matter of urgency as my bond application is depending on it.

My complaint reference number is ***. I will appreciate an urgent response of this as I have been waiting for 3 months.
