Urgent help

Its for the second time i go to FNB Alice Branch looking for assistance with my R3000 that was send to my ewillet but since the ATM rolling the cash i coudnt find the money i need assistance the date was 06/06/2023 till today my refferance is E00-***4 I would love you assistance the number for where ewillet was sent is *** its been long now i have made the request and its more than the 48hours they told me about its more like 15 Working Days i have been waiting for my R3000 to reflect from my account. I am still waiting
