Urgent ***** happening and cannot get hold of anyone at FNB

All my money has just been taken out of my FNB bank account and I have no idea what is going on. Seems someone has hacked my account as there are multiple transactions over R100 000. I am in new Zealand currently and have tried calling the ***** line, the emergency contact numbers and each time I get through and the person from FNB keeps putting the phone down in my ear! This is an emergency!!! and clearly no one could be bothered to assist me
