Urgent: FNB frozen my account over legal payout and my fridge broke and I can’t access my own money !

I am deeply frustrated and disgusted by the treatment I am receiving from FNB's Income Verification / Compliance Team.On Friday midnight, a fully legitimate lump sum from the Municipal Gratuity Fund (administered by Sanlam) landed in my brand new FNB Aspire account. FNB immediately placed an automated security hold on my funds. While I understand security checks are necessary, their turnaround time and lack of empathy are completely unacceptable.I proactively submitted EVERY single legal document required on Saturday, 29 August at 12:12 PM—well before their weekend afternoon cutoff. I sent through my final court-stamped order, the fund statement showing the debit, and my official SARS Tax Directive (Directive No: ***9).Today is Monday, and my account remains completely frozen. To make matters worse, my fridge has just broken down, and I am sitting with food spoiling and urgent bills to pay, yet I am completely blocked from accessing a single cent of my own legally earned money.I have done everything perfectly on my side. I need an executive manager from the FNB Income Verification Team to pull my profile, look at the bulletproof legal and tax documents I sent on Saturday, and LIFT THIS HOLD IMMEDIATELY today. I have a fridge that is not working since Saturday and my food I getting spoiled. Can they release my money So I could transfer it to another bank.
