Urgent: Dissatisfaction with Inward Payment Delay

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with FNB’s handling of an inward payment to our small black-owned business. Despite submitting all requested documents and answering all questions, our payment has not been released after more than 8 days.

Verification for over 8 days? Really? This delay seems intentional and is a blatant abuse of small black-owned businesses, potentially destroying them. Such actions are unacceptable. We demand immediate resolution and release of our funds. People must stay away from this bank.
