Urgent debitorder repayment/ refund smartspendloan

I reported a loan payment that was taken on 5 des 2020.in error I was retrench and urgently need this to be paid back to me. Fnb life said after several calls 5 to 7 working days . Ns. I have been waiting 9 working days already for this pmt to be refunded. My situation is hectic. I really need this money urgently. Food , petrol, etc .I was retrenced and I am desperate. I also have no airtime to contact smartloan. I expect fnb life to phone me and make a plan, give a overdraft. . If I do not get this smartloan refund today. I am in a very difficult sitiation , part of that money should have been paid towards my rent . It is the 17th today . My landlord have no more patients towards me. Please help me.
