URGENT: Credit Report Update Overdue – Immediate Resolution Required

I am reaching out regarding an unresolved Temp Loan credit report update with FNB that has been outstanding for over 20 working days.

I previously logged a complaint and received a response from the PPCB|CEM team confirming that my Temp Loan details had been added to the Bureau request schedule, with a turnaround time of 20+ working days. Unfortunately, that timeframe has now passed, and my credit report has still not been updated.

That timeframe has now lapsed, and my credit report STILL has not been updated, and this is directly impacting my financial standing and creditworthiness. I am now demanding:

1. Immediate escalation of my case 2. A written update within 48 hours on the status of the Bureau submission 3. Full resolution and credit report update within 5 business days

I value my relationship with FNB however, should this not be resolved urgently, I will be escalating to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the Credit Ombud.
