Urgent Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Closure of Accounts and Fund Transfer by staff

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint against one of your business analysts, Refilwe Kgaditsi, at Branch Name/Location, if known. On the morning of 28/08/2024, I discovered that my accounts, Gold Business Account and Aspire Account had been blocked and cancelled without my consent.

Furthermore, it has come to my attention that Refilwe Kgaditsi closed all my accounts and transferred the funds from these accounts to an unknown account that cannot be traced. I find this action extremely distressing, as there seems to be no way to track the whereabouts of my funds.

Given the abrupt termination of our banking relationship, I request that you immediately transfer my funds to the following alternative account
