Urgent Closure of Cheque Account

I have had several debit orders go off my account. I had mad paying arrangements with the service provider which they accepted. They have added 10% on monthly and refuse to cancel their 2 debit orders which go off my cheque account monthly and I FNB can no longer give me rebates for this. This is costing me money I don't have due to a loss off income I was getting. I put in a cancellation request 4 days ago as urgent explaining my situation and no one has even bothered making this a matter of urgency. Everyone tells me to wait the 10 working days which is absolutely ridiculous for wanting to close an account. The creditor will be trying to debit my account again in the next 2 days. I need this account attended to immediately or I refuse to pay any penalties incurred. I have spoken to the consultants from FNB telephonically and on the secure chat and all are very unhelpful. Terrible service
