URGENT Bank account sorting out

I need help urgently. I closed my FNB Bank account and declared myself a non tax resident. But our situation has changed in that I need a working bank account in SA and also need to declare myself a tax resident again. PLEASE HELP. Can we reverse the closing of my account in any way? I'm writing from Canada, I cannot call FNB's call center. Please answer via email because of the time difference.
