Urgent App Issues
Good day,
Can you please help me with this damn app login details. My phone had a virus and I had to reset it. Now your app is not willing to accept any of my details. I tried even forgetting the password but nothing.

With all due respect, buzzing the phone is NOT the same as calling someone to assist. That consultant must remember that it is a Monday for ALL of us. The day we should ACTUALLY BE WORKING PROPERLY if not any other day. I would appreciate a high level of professionalism because banks deal with peoples MONEY. Poor or Rich.
I expect an immediate call with an EXTREME level of professionalism to assist promptly.
