Urgent

I'm writing this mail with utter desperation,My daughter took a personal loan sometime in June 2019 and to my knowledge the account was settled in full on the Dec 2019 of which the outstanding balance was settled from my current account .I got a a disturbing email from the GLA Attorneys on the 24/05/2016 that I'm still owing my Fnb loan account.Please investigate and reconcile your books and give feedback your debt collectors to stop irritating or alternatively I will refer the matter to the Banking Ombuds to get a legal advice
