Upsetting incorrect credit profile record by fnb!

I have been struggling to get a loan approved with fnb and have noticed that although my credit profile is all good there is a bad debt reflected as unpaid on my profile ...this is a bad debt recorded by FNB for a temporary loan that I took in January and FULLY PAID BACK IN THE SAME MONTH! However this loan is sitting on my profile as unpaid for the full amount This is very upsetting and very negligent on fnb to do this
