Upset with FNB

I have been a loyal customer of fnb for many years. Fnb has now down graded my account from gold fusion account to a Aspire account without my consent. Most of my benefits are done away with. My ebucks are non existant. I was earning close to 4000 ebucks a month, now I only earn about 164 ebucks. I've gone from earning R8/litre back in ebucks from engen to 0.60c/litre... And I get told it's a upgrade, lots more benefits. That's *******. People are being forced to upgrade to a different more expensive account just to get the benefits they use to get.... Clever strategy from fnb.....
