Upset!!
I spoke to Sydwell today from the legal department at FNB on secure chat he was not very helpful I requested to speak to a Manager 3 times and he told me I should call the manager!! I need someone from the legal department to contact me as I need assistance ASAP and not Sydwell that is asking me how is he unhelpful, I don't appreciate the attitude especially when I need assistance.

16 Feb 2023, 15:08I need assistance ASAP as nobody seems to understand the urgency of my query, I've been listed by FNB and I am not happy becayse you looking for payment of a credit card that was opened in 2014 but FNB is telling me it was 2022, please sier this nonsense out as I will not pay any debt that is 9 years old and the interest continues.
