Upset customer

Id like to report Kagiso in FNB law I've been calling FNB law he is handling my case it's now two weeks no feedback and he know very well it's urgency my case instead I have to keep calling fnb law and his colleagues keep telling me he will call me back and still hasn't I asked for manager on site they don't want to transfer to manager I am very upset about this thinking now had to waste my airtime calling them.
