UPLOADING FICA DOCS ON INTERNET BANKING
I got a text saying I should update my company's Fica/KYC Docs online, When I try to do it it says \ There are no documents outstanding\". Fnb has a good interface for online banking, but I will repeat it again, your service stinks big time. Next thing my business account will get frozen due to me not uploading documents you asked me to, yet it will be due to your online banking service, Please do figure it out and revert back to me, "
