Upgraded with no permission
I have been waiting for someone to call me back from FNB because they upgraded me to a Private Client at the steep cost of R385/month without me ever having requested it. I have not signed anything, there is no email history or phone recording of me asking for this upgrade. I have never been into the bank to request this. How can they POSSIBLY charge me this amount and upgrade my banking without any permission?! The specific department who deals with this can only make calls, not receive them (how convenient for FNB!) so here I wait for someone to get their act together.
