Upgraded to Premier Credit Card when I only wanted a limit increase for the SECOND time

A couple of months ago I increased my Gold Credit limit, but got upgrated to a Premier Card when I didn't select the option. Then I had to call cancel the Premier Card & had to get a new Gold Credit card which cost me money when it wastn't my fault. Today I tried to make a limit increase again. Making sure that I don't choose the wrong option AND reading through everything. Nowhere did it say that I would be upgraded. When sighing in again I got the notification that my Premier Account will be added to my profile. So again I phoned, after being put through several times and my airtime running out, I was told that I'll have to cancel the request AGAIN and get a new Gold card which is going to cost me money again even if I did not request for an upgrade. I kindly asked for a call back but nothing happened. Currently none of my Credit Card profiles are working online not the Gold nor the Premier. I have no idea what's going on. I was told that my new Premier is active although it's actually the old one I origanally cancelled the first time, so NO its not acitive and my current Gold account is also not working. I need someone to please call me ASAP as I'm not going to spend more airtime & I dont have the time to go into the bank.
