Upgraded me without my consent

I was upgraded to private clients card on Friday WITHOUT me authorising or asking for it .... I already phoned (held the line 40minutes) and complained here on Friday 4 Dec. FNB "High Priority Complaint ref ***..... It is now Tuesday.... I cancelled the cards.... my autopayment reset.... my ebucks level will be affected as well....

Its now Tuesday morning 9:40. I have received NO call or feedback whatsoever.....
