Upgrade to Private Clients - Worst Experience with FNB Ever

This is an official complaint. I swtiched from Premier banking to private client in July 2019. My premier account(Cheque and Credit Account) was meant to be upgraded, but instead, 2 brand new accounts were opened up. The private banker said multiple requests came through from the app to open a private clients account, but surely you give the client a call before just moving ahead with 2 brand new accounts. So i have gone through a whole debit order switching process which was an absoloute mission, and i received more help from my Private Bankers assitant than i got from him.

Only yeterday, i noticed my ebucks(earning), has not been moved over to the new account, so for July and and August, i have 0 earnings for Ebucks, thus putting me on "0" eBucks level. I found this out the hard when i went to the slow lounge yesterday, to only find out, i have no complimentary entries left, and they told me i would be charged for the visit.

As I have mentioned in many mails before this to the private banker and the assistant, I don’t get what the whole private client banking thing is all about – you are supposed to feel like you are treated differently, almost like a VIP. Since I have moved to private clients, it has been my worst banking experience with FNB since I joined, over 10 years ago. Things like this should be taken care of without the client having to ask, and be put into these situations.
