Upgrade to Premier Banking is more like a downgrade!

I was upgraded to Premier banking from Gold and at the same time I was given a credit card increase. I used my old card for a number of purchases, but realised that the amount was adding onto my new card as a deficit. Both cards are now blocked.

Now I am recieving communication that I am in arrears and that I need to pay with emmediate effect or make arrangments, when I am not in arrears at all!

I am very disappointed with the service recieved thus far, with multiple agents telling me the situation would be taken care of shortly or escelated, only to find out afterwards that the turnaround time for their internal mistake is 3-5 days, which is now on day 5 with no resolution in sight.

My credit rating is now being negatively impacted because I am being seen as in arrears, whilst this whole situation could have been avoided if just a small level of common sense was used, or at least some form of oversight.

I would actually preffer to be back on my previous plan if this is the level of service, I can expect on premier. I feel like I have been given the runaround instead of somebody just solving the problem.
