Upgrade ****
I have had a personal banker with my account for about as long as I can remember. Next thing I get a phone call (spam) offering to "upgrade" my account and when I ask what I get I'm told I get a personal banker. I check and, sure enough, I no longer have a personal banker. This is a downright ****. First you qyietly downgrade my axxount and then tell me that if i want the service I already had then I must pay more.

Her details were available to me on your website and on the app. You took this service away and then spammed me to sell me a higher priced product that only offered the service you qyietly removed. This was the reason for my complaint. You have resolved absolutely nothing all you have done is regurgitate the same ******* your telemarketer said. You still removed a service while keeping my costs the same and then have the gall to try and sell me a service I had at a higher price.
