Upgrade frustration

I moved my personal banking profile to FNB based on their product integration and e-backs. I've got a Private Banking Current Account and recently received an invite from FNB to upgrade my account to Private Fusion to maximise my e-bucks. I would rather not express my frustration. Could someone from FNB (a decision maker) please contact me to discuss my issue? I'm currently considering moving my profile in all honesty.
