Upgadre issue
Disappointed in the upgrade process of my accounts. I was trying to upgrade my bundle account to Premium but however was told I can only do the Cheque and no credit , I was just told to wait 3 months , not a valid answer and I am not sure why it could not be upgraded.

24 Jun 2021, 09:33I received a call back from a very friendly adviser and got some documents signed and sent to upgrade my account.
I have now check this morning, my cheque account was not upgraded, I now have two credit accounts ??
What is going on here? How can something so simple go so wrong ? is it time to give up and just change banks?
