Updating Risk Profile

I went in to the branch on 29/09 to update my risk profile as I had settled my accounts. I was told that I could not update my risk as I had a compromised settlement however the paid up letter I have received does not mention that it was a compromised settlement it states that it is a full and final settlement. There is an account which I had received a compromised settlement for and dnt mind paying that amount to update my profile but not on the loan account. I want this updated immediately or I would take this to the ombudsman. Consultants should try to assist and not shove you off just to get to the next customer. I am considering changing back to FNB however if my profile is not updated I will not. I will not do any other dealings with FNB if they are unable to assist.
