Updating of my will

I first went to FNB Carlswald branch the end of April 2015 to have my will updated and spoke to Renier Smit IFinancial Planner). He took my details and said that he would make a request to get my current will so that we can update it. He never came back to me until i called him mid June 2015 that's when he sent me a draft of the updated will which I looked at and asked him to make another change. He did not come back to me again and i then sent him an email reminding him that he still needs to set up an appointment with me to come sign the final will. He still hasn't responded to the email.<br> <br> I'm very disappointed with his service especially regarding such an important thing. I don't believe it should take more than two months to update a will.<br> <br> I need to have this thing finalised as soon as possible.
