Updating and verification.

I send this to your complaints department but I am putting it here as well. I am very unimpressed with the way you have been doing your updates and verifications (compliance). I am a long time customer and you have never done any updates or verifications with me before. A simple phone call could have sped up the process. Instead I have been threatened through messages regarding my account and my daughters account. My account was even locked putting me in an awkward position when I tried to purchase something. Ultimately I had to call you and wait in a que just to be asked if I pay taxes in South Africa (or elsewhere) and if my 7 year old does as well (she's 7 so obviously no). Apparently all my documents are up to date so no problem there. Not cool. We have full time jobs and we are not constantly thinking about banking admin procedures that we did not initiate. So please call me when you need something instead of coming at me like I am a ********. Heaven knows you have no problem giving me a call when you are trying to sell me insurance
