updated my transunion

I paid up my account through fnb debts collector- Groenewald Lubber attorneys, in December 2017, I check on transunion my accounts still show, I contact their debt collectors.

I contacted their debt collectors they told me they can't update my records on transunion, I went to Fnb branch in Bellville I was told that I must updated it myself which I did and transunion never updated, I would like to know who suppose to update my information on transunion, if fnb doesn't want to take responsibility
