Updated address on bank statement

My request is simple: my address needed to be updated, updated to my cheque account statement, and emailed to me as a statement with the new address. I am dealing with an international organisation who requires my bank statement with correct address by email from FNB.

In April I updated my address and it reflected on my profile. My May statement failed to reflect my new address. After trying 4 times to get someone to email me a statement with my new address via the secure chat, I keep getting told they can't help me. The organisation I'm dealing with has rejected a scanned statement from an ATM.

Please I need my request solved today and ASAP.
