Update your personal information to remain compliant

Fnb keeps sending me "Update your personal information to remain compliant" messages on the Fnb app. I have updated/confirmed my information 3 x. Time is money and I cant keep babysitting fnb , stop wasting my time and record the information i confirmed! My account gets threatened despite me actually going into an fnb branch too , to confirm everything is in order. Sort it out or I will move my business elsewhere. I wasted more time chatting with an assistant via the messaging app as well trying to sort this information out. 0 stars
