Update Please!!!

We app**** for a FNB Speedpoint machine approximately 2 weeks ago and seem to be getting no joy or updates, we call a few times and cannot get any definitive answer regarding time frame. All we are told is we will get a mail with forms & details, which never arrives. Just today we called and was put on hold for close onto 30 minutes before dropping the call. Seriously do not know what more to do.
