Update our credit rating accordingly

1.We are currently sitting with an unresolved issue caused by FNB (First National Bank) outsourced Debt Collectors. 2.Our credit rating have been impacted heavily because the service provider did not updated their records accordingly. This irresponsible behavior has affected our life . 3. Worst of them all, nobody wants to reveal the name of the service provider. We contacted all relevant departments, sections, individuals and brabranch as well 4. We asked FNB to intervene but they claim not have authority over their service provider. We are desperately appealing for anyone to help. Our hands are tight.
