Update on whether this payment can be reversed?

Trying to chat to a consultant but no response. A payment was made to department of home affairs for a passport . pmt went off 27th May for 600.00 ref: DHA*** I would like this reversed. Its more than a month I know, but its not showing as paid on home affairs side. I need help urgently please???
