Update on my pervious complaint

Two weeks ago there were ***** activities on my account. I stopped the debit order but now FNB took R50 bank charges of my account. I struggle to get the bank charge reversed. Seems like no one can help me. I feel it's unfair to pay money for a ***** activity happen on my account. I did report this matter on this plat form, it cost me a lot of time and effort to resolve this matter. <br> <br> :(
