Update of payment profile at all bureaus

My name is MW Maseko, I have an FNB bond account since 1 November 2000. What I have realized is that fnb doesn't update my payment profile every month. I have to phone them every time since March 2020 that they must update my payment information at all bureaus and im getting tired of it. Fnb can you kindly please ensure that my profile is updated at all bureaus every month. That's not too much to ask as if im owing you you are so quick to update.
