Update of Debt Review Status

I need help, in 2014 I placed myself on debt review and in 2015 I settled all my debt and received a clearance letter which I assumed would be sent to all the companies I owed. I called into FNB 2 days ago to request for my bank accounts to be downgraded to Aspire Current accounts, today a consultant called me and said she couldn't assist as it shows I'm still under debt review according to FNB. I just sent the clearance letter to the First Rand Debt Review Centre but I also need someone who can help fast track this for me.
