Update my itc profile on experian credit bureau!!!

I am disappointed with your service that you claim that you are the best bank with best service but not. I had a temporal loan with FNB last year, I paid the loan up in time no hassle but their name still appears on my experian credit records that I still owe you guys. please update my credit profile on experian bureau ASAP, I want to buy a house now I'm stark because of you ?????
