Update my credit score

So its been 2 years sins I cleared all my oustanding debt, About a year ago I tried to get a credit card from Fnb but no lick they said I have unpaid accounts, I went to a other bank and well they gave me credit, my credit score is perfect by other banks, recently me and my wife bought a house, no issues with my current bank they gave us the loan. Today I tried to apply for a mototcycle on finance same story wesbank says that mh credit is bad, now tell me how does wesbank say my credit is bad but the other bank gave me a credit card and a home loan? Fyi I moved all my stuff to the other bank much better, wesbank should update their stuff because this isnt right making me look like a fool after my stuff is all in order.
