Update my credit bureau record to reflect that i have closed my account
I settled and paid off my credit card in july 2020 to date FNB is not bothered with updating the account to closed with the credit bureaus 9 months later, its this part of treating customer fairly when you decide to end your relationship with them they become vindictive and not do whats right by the regulations and law?
