Update information

Three weeks back I got a massage from Fnb in my banking app, saying I need to update my information. I sent my info to this email. *** stating that my info has not changed. But I never got a reply, until I got another message saying my acc is freezed. Can Fnb please guide me on how to update my information the right way so as to unfreeze my account.
