*1/5 Stars - AVOID FNB AT ALL COSTS!*

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from FNB if you value your hard-earned money! I opened an Easy Zero account specifically to receive my SRD grant, but what ensued was a nightmare. Despite uploading all required documents and information, FNB froze my account, trapping my grant money inside.

It's been incredibly frustrating trying to access my own funds. The bank's incompetence is staggering. I've jumped through every hoop, providing all necessary documentation, yet my account remains frozen. The hold on my account is crippling, and I'm unable to use my money.

To anyone considering opening an FNB account, heed my warning: don't do it! FNB's poor customer service and ineptitude will leave you stranded, unable to access your funds. Their processes are slow, and their communication is non-existent.

I've tried to resolve this issue, but FNB seems more interested in holding onto my money than helping me access it. It's unacceptable. If you value your financial freedom, stay far, far away from FNB. Account Number: *** ID Number: ***
