Update Credit bureau - amounts from a year ago

.... I'm so disgusted with the service of FNB... I had temporary loans in May 2019 and It has been paid up the next month in 2019 already. It stills shows on my credit bureau as outstanding monthly commitments. I'm very unhappy as this affects my applications to consolidate my 3 loans.... please contact me as I'm holding the line for helpdesk the whole day.... This is the reason I don't want to bank with you anymore.... I mean I struggle every time, last year it was my credit card debit orders.... I want to apply for a debt consolidation loan but something is blocking me. There is an amount of R1090 from FNB that is paid up a year ago. its not even showing on my online banking profile. I'm very unhappy.... please clear it on ITC please.... can a manager contact me please. Consultants just say they cant help me they will transfer me to someone that can, I'm on the line for the whole day now
