Unwillingness to help

I made an immediate payment from my Nedbank account into this FNB account of mine at 08:20 this morning but it's not yet here.

Nedbank has confirmed that the money has been successfully released from my Nedbank account but it's still not here.

FNB keeps telling me there’s no issue yet l made another payment from Capitec and it still never reflected 3hours later.
