Unwilling to help a client yet the advertising says otherwise

Due to covid, riots, and now floods i am really finding it difficult to pay my credit card account. I am keeping up to the required installments but the interest is still being charged. I don't have a stable income and i humbly ask that my interest be reduced to zero as i have not used this account for over 2 years. I know this request was supposed to be made from my debt counselor but due to non payment they refuse to assist me

After sending this numerous times to fnb they still dont want to assist me yet they claim to help individuals affected by the above recent events

I feel this is so unreasonable and unhelpful yet i am still pay but asking for assistance

Everytime i need to come to hello peter in order to get assisted and that to a consultant calls and says they will get back to me

I would like someone senior to call and assist
