Unwilling to help
I have a personal loan at FNB. I fell way behind due to me having to change jobs and taking a salary cut. I am now in a better financial position and am looking for ways to be able to settle this loan as soon as possible and get my credit record in good order. I requested to have my loan restructured, ie for them to extend the term and give me a new monthly installment (which most banks will do for you). But I got a very rude response and was told to just pay the loan. Is there nothing that can be done?
