Unwilling to help

i received bad service at Fnb in Norwood jhb . The consultant by the name of Andani was having a bad attitude not willing to help, wanted to do Money gram of which im always doing at the same branch. she told me she cant help me as she has not been trained to do it, then I requested her to call her manager and she told me to call the manager myself. I am very disappointed in this. I will never recommend anyone to use the bank
