unwilling to assist in vehicle finance
i am very disappointed at the level of assistance received in trying to get vehicle finance with fnb.
Prior to covid, my account conduct was good, and i had a paying job, I was unfortunately retrenched in december and for 6 months did not have a job, i have only just received my uif almost 11 months later.due to this due to this i was unable to honor my payments to my creditors.
However as soon as i got a job i not only caught up payments but settled all my outstanding debts in full.
My credit score at the relevant credit bereus was bad but since has been moved up to excellent.
However i am still getting declined on finance not due to credit score with the credit beraeus or affordability i am getting declined by the banks who work on there own credit score.
I have zero debt i have honored all my payments to all my creditors i earn a very good salary and yet still declined.
Again prior to covid i was in very goodstanding and have a very good record prior to covid yet am still being denied.
again i have only just receieved my uif 11 months later after fighting. had this been paid to me on time i would not be in this position.
I request someone take a closer look and find a way to assist me as this is not in anyway helpful as a fnb customer who has zero debt and earn R60 000 a month to not give me finance is questionable.
Please help someone in the finance department. I am not a risk and require assistance as the people who deal with you are not able or motivated enough to help customers.
Have you ever heard the saying customer service begins where company policy ends or is this lost because people are not employed to think outside the box
