Unwilling and Unhelpful Staff

Your customer service is honestly the worst. All I need is a Confirmation letter, confirming that I have an RA with you. I need this for work NOT for SARS. I have followed the steps and went onto my online banking profile but it says "No Tax Certificate for this Tax period"

I need this for my job can someone please help me instead of pushing me to the next person the whole time. I have spoken to about 20 people already no one helps or bothers to listen properly to my query. I have not shouted or been rude so I don't see why no one is willing to help. One lady just pushed me through to someone else without telling me or asking me to hold nothing. PLUS you want me to rate your service?

You can pull my calls and you will hear that not once was I an unruly client. BUT why push a person to this level? I need a certificate to prove that I have an RA.
